TEC7 Sealant & Adhesive is a high-performance, multipurpose construction sealant and adhesive designed to seal, bond and mount common building materials, even in wet conditions and underwater.

Combining the functions of a construction adhesive, waterproof sealant and mounting adhesive in one versatile product, TEC7 provides a practical solution for professional tradespeople, builders, plumbers, maintenance teams and DIY enthusiasts.

One of the standout advantages of TEC7 is its ability to bond and seal on suitable damp and wet surfaces, reducing the need to wait for materials to dry before carrying out repairs, installation or maintenance work.

Its versatile formulation makes TEC7 a convenient alternative to carrying several different adhesives and sealants for everyday building tasks.

Whether you need to seal a joint, bond building materials or mount a suitable component, TEC7 offers a versatile all-in-one solution for a wide range of applications.

For anyone searching for TEC7 sealant, TEC7 adhesive, waterproof construction sealant, underwater sealant, wet surface adhesive or multipurpose bonding adhesive, TEC7 is designed to simplify demanding sealing and bonding jobs.

Seal, Bond & Mount with One Product

TEC7 is designed to perform three important functions:

Seal: Create a seal between suitable building materials, joints and surfaces.

Bond: Join compatible materials using a multipurpose construction adhesive.

Mount: Secure suitable components during installation and repair work.

This versatility makes TEC7 particularly useful for tradespeople who regularly carry out different types of building and maintenance tasks.

Waterproof Sealant

TEC7 is designed for sealing applications where water resistance is important.

Its ability to work in wet conditions makes it useful for suitable repair and maintenance tasks where ordinary sealants may be difficult to apply.

Always ensure the intended joint, substrate and exposure conditions are compatible with the product.

Underwater Sealant & Adhesive

A major advantage of TEC7 is its ability to seal and bond even underwater in suitable applications.

This can reduce delays when carrying out work on wet or submerged surfaces.

Underwater suitability does not mean every submerged repair or every material is appropriate. Check the manufacturer's instructions for the specific application, particularly where continuous immersion, pressure or safety-critical sealing is involved.

Adhesive for Damp & Wet Surfaces

Many conventional adhesives require dry surfaces before application.

TEC7 is designed to work on suitable damp and wet substrates, helping make repairs and installations more convenient.

This is particularly beneficial when working in environments where moisture is difficult to avoid.

Surfaces should still be appropriately prepared and free from loose material or contamination that could interfere with adhesion.

Multipurpose Construction Adhesive

TEC7 is suitable for bonding many common building materials, making it a versatile option for general construction and maintenance work.

Rather than carrying a separate adhesive for every routine task, users can rely on TEC7 for a broad range of compatible bonding applications.

For unusual materials, specialist substrates or heavily loaded joints, check compatibility and performance requirements before use.

Mounting Adhesive

TEC7 can also be used for mounting suitable building components.

Its combined bonding and sealing functions make it convenient for installation work where both attachment and sealing may be required.

Any components that require mechanical fixings or temporary support should be installed in accordance with the relevant application requirements.

Ideal for Building & Renovation Projects

TEC7 is a practical choice for a wide variety of construction and renovation tasks.

Its ability to bond, seal and mount helps simplify product selection when carrying out different jobs.

It is particularly useful for:

• General building work

• Renovation projects

• Property maintenance

• Sealing applications

• Bonding applications

• Mounting suitable components

• Wet-surface repairs

• Damp-surface applications

• Compatible underwater repairs

One Product Instead of Multiple Adhesives & Sealants

One of TEC7's main advantages is convenience.

Traditional building work can involve carrying several separate products for bonding, sealing and mounting.

TEC7 combines these functions in one multipurpose product, helping reduce the number of different adhesives and sealants needed for compatible tasks.

This makes it a useful addition to a professional toolkit or DIY supplies.

Suitable for Professional & DIY Use

TEC7 is designed for users who need a versatile bonding and sealing solution.

It is particularly useful for:

• Builders

• Plumbers

• General tradespeople

• Property maintenance teams

• Renovation contractors

• DIY enthusiasts

Its multipurpose design makes it convenient for a broad range of everyday projects.

TEC7 vs Ordinary Sealants

Ordinary sealants are often selected primarily for sealing joints and gaps.

TEC7 offers the additional ability to bond and mount suitable materials, making it more versatile for applications that require multiple functions.

Its ability to work on suitable wet surfaces also provides an advantage where dry application conditions are difficult to achieve.

The best choice still depends on the joint, materials and required performance.

TEC7 vs Standard Construction Adhesives

Many standard construction adhesives are intended primarily for bonding and may require dry surfaces.

TEC7 combines bonding, sealing and mounting while also offering wet-surface and underwater application capability.

This makes it particularly useful where one product needs to perform several different tasks.

How to Use

1. Check that TEC7 is suitable for the intended materials and application.

2. Remove loose dirt, dust, grease and other contamination from the surface.

3. Prepare the joint or bonding area according to the manufacturer's instructions.

4. Apply TEC7 using the appropriate dispensing equipment for the supplied packaging.

5. For sealing applications, apply the product evenly to the required joint or gap.

6. For bonding or mounting, apply to the suitable contact area and position the materials correctly.

7. Where necessary, support the components until the adhesive has developed sufficient strength.

8. For wet or underwater applications, follow the manufacturer's specific application guidance.

9. Allow the product to cure according to the manufacturer's instructions before exposing the bond to significant loads or demanding service conditions.

Important: Application methods, curing times, load capacity and compatibility depend on the specific TEC7 product, materials and conditions. Always refer to the packaging and technical data sheet.
