The Disposable Moulded Comfort Masks are lightweight, comfortable face coverings designed to reduce discomfort caused by exposure to coarse, non-toxic particles during suitable everyday domestic tasks.

Ideal for general gardening, garage cleaning and household maintenance, these moulded masks feature a practical disposable design and elasticated retaining straps to help keep them comfortably positioned over the nose and mouth.

Their lightweight construction makes them convenient for occasional use, while the moulded shape provides a simple, ready-to-wear covering.

The masks may also be used to help protect a workpiece from the direct exhaled breath of the wearer during appropriate low-risk activities.

Available in a pack of 10 or a box of 50, these disposable comfort masks provide a practical choice for household cleaning supplies, garages and general domestic maintenance.

Important: These masks are non-PPE comfort and hygiene products. They are NOT respiratory protective devices and must not be used where respiratory protection is required.

Lightweight Moulded Design

The Disposable Moulded Comfort Masks feature a shaped construction designed to sit comfortably over the nose and mouth.

Their lightweight design makes them convenient for suitable domestic activities where a basic face covering is desired.

The moulded profile helps the mask retain its shape during normal use.

Unlike certified respirators, these masks are not designed or tested to provide a protective seal against hazardous airborne substances.

Reduces Discomfort from Coarse, Non-Toxic Particles

These comfort masks are intended to help reduce discomfort associated with coarse, non-toxic particles.

They may be useful during low-risk household jobs where larger nuisance particles are present.

However, they do not have a stated certified filtration efficiency or respiratory protection rating.

WARNING: These masks must not be used to protect against fine dust, respirable particles, hazardous chemicals, fumes, vapours, gases or airborne biological hazards.

Where respiratory protection is required, use correctly selected and certified respiratory protective equipment.

Ideal for Gardening & Domestic Cleaning

The Moulded Disposable Comfort Masks are suitable for a variety of low-risk household activities.

Potential applications include:

• General garden tidying

• Routine garage cleaning

• Light household cleaning

• Everyday domestic maintenance

• Suitable low-risk workshop activities

• Basic hygiene covering during appropriate tasks

Their compact, disposable construction makes them easy to keep with general household supplies.

Important: Some gardening and cleaning tasks can generate hazardous airborne contaminants, including fine dust, mould spores and chemical aerosols. These comfort masks are not suitable protection against such hazards.

Elasticated Retaining Straps

Each mask features elasticated retaining straps designed to help hold it in place.

The straps make the masks straightforward to put on and remove without complicated adjustments.

The flexible construction helps provide a comfortable fit during suitable everyday activities.

Important: Elasticated straps do not create a certified respiratory seal.

Disposable for Convenient Use

The masks are designed as disposable comfort coverings.

This makes them convenient for occasional household and maintenance tasks.

After use, they can be removed and discarded in accordance with local waste disposal guidance.

Do not wash, disinfect or reuse the masks unless the manufacturer specifically confirms that this is permitted.

Helps Protect Workpieces from Exhaled Breath

In addition to their comfort function, these masks may help reduce the direct transfer of the wearer's exhaled breath onto a workpiece.

This can be useful during certain low-risk handling or assembly activities where a basic hygiene covering is desirable.

However, these masks are not stated to be sterile or certified for medical, surgical, cleanroom or infection-control applications.

Available in Packs of 10 or Boxes of 50

The Disposable Moulded Comfort Masks are supplied in two convenient quantities.

The pack of 10 is suitable for occasional domestic use.

The box of 50 offers a larger quantity for users who regularly require disposable comfort masks for appropriate low-risk tasks.

Both options contain non-PPE moulded comfort masks.

Non-PPE Comfort & Hygiene Masks

These masks are specifically described as non-PPE respiratory items.

They must not be confused with certified respiratory protective equipment.

They are not:

• FFP1 respirators

• FFP2 respirators

• FFP3 respirators

• Certified dust respirators

• Chemical vapour protection

• Medical or surgical masks

• Certified protection against airborne infectious agents

No EN149 respiratory protection certification has been supplied.

WARNING: This mask is NOT a respiratory protective device and SHOULD ONLY be used to reduce discomfort caused by exposure to coarse, non-toxic particles.

When Is Certified Respiratory Protection Required?

Certified respiratory protective equipment may be necessary for tasks involving hazardous airborne substances.

Examples include:

• Fine or respirable dust

• Silica dust

• Wood dust

• Paint and solvent fumes

• Chemical sprays

• Mould remediation

• Asbestos-containing materials

• Other harmful airborne contaminants

The appropriate respiratory protection depends on the substance, exposure level and working conditions.

These disposable comfort masks must not be used as a substitute for suitable certified respirators.

How to Wear Moulded Comfort Masks

For suitable low-risk applications:

1. Check the mask for visible damage.

2. Position the moulded section over the nose and mouth.

3. Secure the elasticated retaining straps.

4. Adjust the mask for comfortable wear.

5. Avoid touching the mask unnecessarily during use.

6. Remove the mask carefully after completing the task.

7. Dispose of the used mask appropriately.

Important: A comfortable fit does not indicate respiratory protection or certified filtration performance.

Storage & Disposal

To help maintain the condition of unused masks:

• Store in a clean, dry location.

• Keep away from moisture and contamination.

• Avoid crushing the moulded shape.

• Check the retaining straps before use.

• Dispose of masks after use.

• Follow local waste disposal requirements.

Do not use damaged masks or use these products for any task requiring respiratory PPE.

Why Choose Disposable Moulded Comfort Masks?
