HG Stain Away No.7 50ml

HG Stain Away No.7 50ml is a specialist rust stain remover designed to remove rust marks from clothes and other compatible textiles, as well as from selected hard surfaces including tiles, flagstones, concrete and non-calciferous natural stone.

Rust stains can be particularly difficult to remove with ordinary laundry detergents or general-purpose household cleaners. Their distinctive orange-brown colour can remain highly visible on both fabrics and hard surfaces unless treated with a product specifically designed for rust contamination.

HG Stain Away No.7 provides a targeted treatment for rust stains, making it a versatile choice for both laundry and compatible household surfaces.

Unlike many products in the HG Stain Away range that primarily focus on textiles, No.7 can also be used on suitable tiles, flagstones, concrete and non-calciferous natural stone, providing a convenient solution for rust staining around the home.

The compact 50ml bottle is ideal for precise spot treatment, allowing the product to be concentrated directly on affected areas.

For anyone searching for a rust stain remover for clothes, fabric rust remover, textile rust stain remover, tile rust remover, concrete rust stain remover, flagstone rust remover or natural stone rust remover, HG Stain Away No.7 provides specialist targeted treatment.

Rust Stain Remover for Clothes

Rust stains on clothing can occur when damp fabric comes into contact with rusty metal, corroded fittings or other iron-containing objects.

These stains may not respond well to ordinary laundry detergent and can remain visible after washing.

HG Stain Away No.7 is specifically formulated to remove rust stains from compatible clothes and textiles, providing targeted treatment before the appropriate washing or cleaning process.

Removes Rust Stains from Tiles

Rust marks can also develop on tiled surfaces when metal furniture, tools, containers or other objects corrode while in contact with moisture.

HG Stain Away No.7 can be used to tackle rust stains on compatible tiles, helping remove the distinctive discolouration without relying on an ordinary general-purpose cleaner.

Suitable for Flagstone & Concrete

HG Stain Away No.7 is also suitable for rust staining on compatible flagstone and concrete surfaces.

This can make it useful for small rust marks caused by metal objects in garages, utility areas, patios and other compatible locations.

Suitable for Non-Calciferous Natural Stone

The product can also be used on non-calciferous natural stone where compatible.

This distinction is important because natural stone varies significantly in composition and chemical sensitivity. Do not assume the product is suitable for every type of stone.

For marble, limestone and other calciferous or acid-sensitive stone, check HG's instructions and the stone manufacturer's recommendations before applying any rust-removal product.

Part of the HG Stain Away Range

Different stains require different treatments. The HG Stain Away range provides specialist products formulated for particular categories of contamination.

HG Stain Away No.7 is specifically intended for rust stains and has the added versatility of being suitable for both compatible textiles and selected hard surfaces.

How to Use

• Identify the stain and confirm that it is caused by rust.

• Check that the material is compatible with HG Stain Away No.7.

• For clothing and textiles, check the care label before treatment.

• For tiles, flagstone, concrete and natural stone, identify the exact surface material before application.

• Test the product on a small, inconspicuous area first.

• Apply HG Stain Away No.7 according to the instructions on the packaging.

• Treat only the rust-stained area using the recommended amount.

• Allow the product to work for the period specified by HG.

• Rinse, wash or otherwise finish the treated material according to the manufacturer's directions.

• Do not leave the treatment on the surface longer than recommended.

• Do not use on calciferous natural stone unless HG specifically confirms compatibility.

• Never mix stain-removal products with other household cleaning chemicals unless explicitly instructed by the manufacturer.

• Always follow HG's complete application and safety instructions.
